Cookie policy

This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, what they may be used for and how users can accept, reject, configure or withdraw their consent.

Last updated: June 2026

What cookies are

Cookies are small files downloaded to the user's device when accessing certain websites. Among other things, they make it possible to store and retrieve information about browsing habits, preferences or technical settings.

Article 22 of the Spanish LSSI regulates the use of cookies and similar technologies in Spain.

Types of cookies used

This website may use technical cookies necessary for the proper operation of the website, preference cookies to remember settings such as language, analytics cookies to measure website use and advertising or behavioural cookies only if they are added in the future and the user gives express consent.

Strictly necessary technical cookies do not require consent when they are essential to provide the service requested by the user.

First-party and third-party cookies

The website may use first-party cookies managed directly by Autonell Abogados and third-party cookies managed by external providers.

The website currently integrates Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms against spam and infrastructure services required for the operation and security of the site. Google Maps is loaded only when the user expressly clicks the button to display the map.

Consent

The website does not display a general cookie banner because it does not automatically load analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.

The Google Maps map remains blocked by default. If the user chooses to display it, external content from Google will be loaded and the choice will be stored in the browser through local storage so that it does not have to be requested again on pages where the map appears.

Managing and withdrawing consent

Users can withdraw authorisation for Google Maps by deleting site data from their browser settings.

Users may also block or delete cookies and local data from their browser settings.

Indicative cookie table

The following table must be technically reviewed before publishing the website in production by checking the actual cookies installed in the browser.
